– Damage Handling
Please inspect the packaging upon receiving your items. If damage is found, do not refuse the package. Contact us immediately so we can file a damage claim with the manufacturer.
If the item is indeed damaged, Please send the photos to ammingllc@gmail.com, and we will handle the insurance claim on your behalf. Please note: All damage, defects, and incorrect shipments must be reported within 5 days of delivery. No exchanges or warranty services will be provided after this period.
– Order Cancellation
If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel it free of charge. Please contact ammingllc@gmail.com. If the order has shipped, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in good condition to be eligible for return (customer is responsible for shipping and restocking fees).
– Return Policy
You may return items within 30 days of your initial purchase. We will refund the item price minus all shipping costs (if we arrange return shipping).
– Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
