Warranty Policy

Recommendation

ifayfan recommends carefully inspecting and testing the bike before your first ride.

A full check of all components ensures a safe ride, as parts may shift or become misaligned during shipping. ifayfan does not guarantee that brakes, shifters, motor, stem, rims, spokes, derailleur, front fork, or any other parts are properly secured or adjusted upon arrival.

One-year (12 months) Limited Warranty

The one Year Limited Warranty applies to purchases made from authorized ifayfan website. Warranty coverage is not transferable and only applies to the original owner and the original product.

Three Months Accessory Warranty

The three-month (90-day) parts warranty applies to parts failures that ifayfan determines are due to manufacturing defects. Misuse or damage due to accidents are not covered.

Warranty Claim Process

1.Prepare Your Information：Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos/videos showing the problem.

3.Review & Verification: Our team will verify if the issue is covered under warranty.

4. Solution Provided: If approved, we’ll arrange replacement parts or provide repair instructions.
Note: On-site service is not available. Shipping costs (if any) will depend on the case.
