First let me start off by saying I am extremely satisfied with the seller. My original bike was lost by FedEx and delivered to the wrong address. I contact the seller immediately advise them of the situation and show them pictures of my address and of where the bike was delivered. Within days I received a new bike at cost to the seller. I was in constant communication with them they were prompt when they responded back, and very nice. I will be purchasing again from this seller.
The bike is amazing. It’s a cross between an e-bike and if you’ve ever wanted to own a motorcycle. It has just the right amount of torque and speed for a beginner and even for an advanced Rider. The directions on how to put the bike together are easy to understand and the materials that they give you are exactly what you need. A bonus is that you get a mini air pressure for your tires I thought that was so cute
